Please note that, during the construction of the new sea walls which is due to be concluded by Summer 2027), there may be some obstructions to the sea views of our front facing apartments. During these works there may be some noise disturbances from the compound and surrounding area. Torbay Council and their contractors have advised that all disturbances will be kept to a minimum.
