Please note that seawall improvement works are continuing along Paignton seafront. The noisiest phase has now passed, although occasional noise from the compound and surrounding works may still occur.
The works are currently expected to be completed in January 2027, with the compound opposite Sunnybeach expected to be removed by the end of July 2027. Until then, sea views from some of our front-facing apartments remain partially obstructed, although the sea is still visible beyond the compound.

Please note that the construction compound opposite Mermaids View currently partially obstructs the sea view, although the sea remains visible beyond it. The noisiest phase of the seawall works has passed, but occasional noise may still occur. The compound is currently expected to be removed by the end of July 2027.
