The above terms are inclusive of colour television, bed linen (duvets) and car parking in our own car park. There is one car parking space provided for each flat, additional cars may be parked if space is available.
We regret we can only accept couples and families. SORRY NO PETS. Cots are available free of charge provided they are requested in advance, but please be aware that bedding for cots is NOT supplied. Towels are available for hire.
All flats have £1 coin operated electricity meters.
A non-returnable deposit of £50 per flat is required when making a booking. Items for your convenience are supplied but no further items are issued Flats are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30am on the day of departure.
If cancellation occurs the HIRER is responsible for the FULL AMOUNT unless we are able to re-let. HOLIDAY INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
